$110 per 50-minute session with couples, individuals or children
$135 Intake / first appointment

Insurance
I am a network provider for some but not all insurance companies and EAP programs
Aetna, Cigna, & United Health Care are examples.
My office will file insurance claims with the appropriate signature release forms and authorization numbers.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have EAP or mental health benefits?
• Is an authorization number required?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• Will I use in network or out of network benefits?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, check and credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
No charge for appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance
